MINICHEF® 2000
MINICHEF 2000 is an industry first in on-off or PID configurable temperature/time and machine-function controllers. MINICHEF 2000 withstands the rigorous conditions of a kitchen environment with a 176°F (80°C) ambient rating and superior immunity to electrical interference. This cooking computer/controller is tested to CE, UL®, C-UL®, CSA, NSF and AGA standards.
SERIES N7 Temperature Controller
Watlow's SERIES N7 temperature controller provides ample flexibility for use in a broad range of foodservice equipment. This platform controller features a modular architecture that provides OEMs with design alternatives to meet their unique specifications.
